This article will explain medical retirement, what considerations you should note as an employer and how to manage the medical retirement process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Does Medical Retirement Work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Medical retirement refers to when an employee leaves their role due to illness or injury because they are no longer able to do their work to the best of their ability.
