There are different types of contracts, and they all cover different areas. Businesses use contracts as they are enforceable. This means that if there is a dispute, either party can go to court to enforce the terms of the contract. However, parties can only do this if the contract is enforceable. There are certain elements you must meet before a contract is considered enforceable. If you own a modelling agency in New Zealand, then it is likely that you will have to use contracts.
