However, if the employment agreement contains neither, you and your employee can still agree to medical retirement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dismissal&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your employee may not wish to take medical retirement. Likewise, your employee may refuse to leave your business voluntarily. You should obtain immediate legal advice if you find yourself in this situation. It is rare to be dismissed for medical incapacity.
