Kimberley is a Senior Associate at LegalVision and is an employment law specialist. She has over five years’ experience at a top tier law firm in New Zealand.
Kimberley assists clients on the full range of employment law issues that arise for businesses. She helps SMEs and corporate clients to manage people-related risks including onboarding, performance and disciplinary processes, terminations, restructuring, and protection of proprietary interests.
In addition to individual employment relations, Kimberley also provides industrial relations advice and supports clients through collective bargaining and union action. She also assists with regulatory matters such as health and safety and privacy.
