Jessica Prebble | Senior Associate | Meet the Team

Jess is a Senior Associate at LegalVision New Zealand, specialising in dispute resolution and employment. She has worked in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia and the United Kingdom, and acted for clients in a variety of industries.

Jess has worked in the civil litigation area, providing strategic advice to clients on a range of disputes, including debt recovery, business disputes, property litigation, and intellectual property. She also has significant experience advising employers in relation to termination of employees, investigations, performance management, restructuring, restraints of trade, personal grievances, health and safety and development of employment policies.

Jess’s exposure to a wide range of litigation in multiple countries and varying practice groups and clientele provides her with a unique and diverse skill set, which gives her a broad understanding of the commercial factors in legal practice. Her work is commercially focused, and her advice is practical. Jess works with clients to obtain their desired outcomes and how that can best be achieved.

Outside the office, Jess can be found lake swimming, mountain biking, skiing or hiking.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, University of Wollongong.
